Your primary responsibilities will encompass providing prompt and accurate responses to customer queries via voice, email, and chat, as well as maintaining precise and updated customer records. Additionally, keenly identifying customer needs and offering assistance in effectively utilizing specific features will be part of your routine tasks.

Candidate Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
