Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing phone etiquette and appointment scheduling, performing receptionist duties, and having knowledge of medical terminology. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a professional customer service atmosphere in the receptionist area by greeting and providing assistance to patients, visitors, and staff.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain organized and efficient despite interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Associate’s degree and/or relevant work experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
