About the job


• Evaluate patients’ medical histories and assess their physical conditions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients’ rehabilitation needs.

• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients’ mobility and function.

• Educate patients on proper techniques for home exercises and self-care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, for comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy techniques and treatments.

• Provide guidance and supervision to physical therapy assistants and support staff.


• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.

• State licensure and certification in physical therapy.

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs.


• Patient Evaluation: Assessing patients’ physical conditions and needs.

• Treatment Planning: Developing personalized rehabilitation plans.

• Collaboration: Working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Patient Education: Instructing patients on home exercises and self-care.

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and updated patient records.


• Specialized certifications in areas such as orthopedics, neurology, or pediatrics.

• Continuing education in emerging physical therapy techniques.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
