Roles & Responsibilities

  • Buying and optimization of programmatic media
  • Socialize and document campaign structure, optimizations, and learnings
  • Manage budget and pacing across campaigns to ensure business objectives are met and media delivers consistent returns for clients
  • Implement and build on best practices for bidding, budget management, ad operations and reporting
  • Analyze performance data to recommend optimization plans; analyze and compile weekly/monthly/quarterly data to find relevant insights to tell overarching stories
  • Develop testing roadmap in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Research and recommend program optimizations; based on knowledge of platform-specific capabilities, site analytics, and media opportunities
  • Cultivation and management of DSP vendor relationships and inventory partners
  • Own all Ad Ops components including campaign launches, strategy execution, ad creation and utilization, and budgeting, Implement campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with AE team to develop, maintain, and grow current client’s customer relationships
  • Directly interact with clients to execute campaigns and help them get the most out of the relationship and technology
  • Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns
  • Review creatives, third party tags or any related campaign issues
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance on a daily basis to ensure proper delivery of campaigns
  • Create ad hoc custom reports on an as needed basis
  • Assist the Sales Team with forecasting and campaign performance inquires
  • Have an above and beyond mentality when it comes to client and company success
  • Collaborate with your team to not only maintain ad operations, but improve and streamline processes when possible
  • Be the coordinator with one or more external clients and ensure that all campaign requests are addressed in a timely and prioritized manner
  • Be the primary point of contact for all ad related inquiries, both internally and externally
  • Be able to traffic and QA different types of campaigns such as CPA, CPM, CPC
  • Create and analyze reports to ensure campaign performance and contract compliance
  • Escalate highly technical issues that beyond just tag trouble shooting to the engineering team

Project Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex client campaigns and relationships against performance metrics
  • Proven ability to develop/implement/improve business processes
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (CM, DV360, etc) and other DSP’s
  • Must be a self-starter with initiative and have a positive, proactive attitude
  • Proactive and capable of operating independently in a remote environment
  • MS Office prowess
  • Very excellent analytical and reporting capabilities Knowledge of the most recent trends in online marketing
  • Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience handling a large number of projects and being able to prioritize
  • Changeability and the ability to learn fast
  • Ability to think critically and make decisions
  • Capability to plan, multitask, and successfully manage time
  • Report writing and record keeping must be excellent.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and client-facing abilities
  • Team player / collaborative operational style
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, well organized and possesses the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Certification in programmatic advertising or ad operations.
