Role DescriptionAs a Sales Executives you are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new markets, developing sales strategy, and selling the company’s products/services to potential clients. Communication with clients involves both telephonic and in-person meetings.


  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediaSet up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concernsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferencesNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsCollaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams


  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or relevant roleStrong negotiation skills and persuasive abilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand client needs and handle objectionsStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven attitudeBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in Ed-Tech industry is a plusExperience in customer service or relationship management is preferred
