Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Experience: 4 to 7 years

Location: Work from Home/Bangalore/India

CTC: 6 lacs to 10 lacs INR per annum

Work Time: 9 am IST to 6 pm IST (Flexi Time)

No of positions: 2

Educational qualification: MBA/PGDM/Engineering

Industry: Digital Marketing / IT-ITES

Notice Period: Immediate

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 4+ years leading digital marketing team and driving results in SEO, content, web development, and paid campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics & reporting
  • Excellent English language competency – Ability to write/review/edit content and execute content calendar/plan
  • Prior experience in managing web development and design team


  • Manage various digital marketing initiatives and campaigns in accordance with business objectives
  • Focus on managing SEO operations
  • Lead, manage and train the digital team to ensure excellent results in terms of website traffic growth, engagement and generation of high-quality leads from digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure implementation of best practices across all digital marketing processes – Demonstrate continuous improvement in rankings for target keywords, growth in organic traffic and leads for portfolio of websites
  • Take ownership of frameworks, processes, audits and reports – review and optimize to include best practices and latest digital marketing advances.
  • Check and maintain quality standards of performance across an evolving and expanding set of digital marketing activities – improve processes, communication, and deliverables
  • Ensure analytics and tracking is maintained for all digital marketing activities
  • Track and report on Key performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and ensure continuous optimization
  • Conduct team trainings including advanced topics to help develop team expertise.
  • Ensure web development activities are on track to meet planned digital marketing activities
  • Communicate and work with cross functional teams effectively and resolve any issues that come up
