Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as interacting with customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing solutions that result in customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Service Advisor will be responsible for communicating with the aftersales team to coordinate and ensure timely service delivery.

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
  • Prior experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in aftersales or automotive industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical or mechanical knowledge of cars is a bonus
