Agent On Tube, Part of SabbyBG Media Inc, is a fast-growing full-service Video Marketing Agency, specializing in helping Real Estate Agents & Brokerages Leverage YouTube & Online Video to Go-Remote, Generate Fan-Type Leads, Skyrocket Home Sales, Recruit Agents Passively, and Build a distinguishable Brand.

We are now growing our team to accomplish the bigger goals. To keep up, we are looking for a SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER/ VIDEO MARKETING MANAGER/ PROJECT MANAGER – to manage digital activities across social and ensure that strategies are aligned with project goals. You will also be responsible to plan and execute the organic & paid media campaigns as well as managing the optimization and reporting.

This is a fully remote position.

Experience and competencies (Must-Haves)

  • 1-3 years of Social Media Management experience is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite/ Google Sheets.
  • Good Command of Spoken and Written English
  • Candidates having agency experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn, self-driven, creativity and attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of content management, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Ability to work responsibly and appropriately
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Insightful thinking with an aptitude for creative, out of the box thinking
  • Most importantly, not just an order taker but the owner who owns his/her job.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Manager, develop and execute Growth Strategies for all Agent On Tube clientele using Social Media
  • Use tools like Later, Hootsuite etc to consistently create, curate and post on all Social media platforms.
  • Work closely with Editors, Graphic designers and other stakeholders and ensure completion of content for Client Channels
  • Implement organic & paid social strategies that support both short and long-term objectives.
  • YouTube (End to End Management): Manage and maintain editorial schedules. Coordinate assets, delivery, & timing with the team. Ensure video optimization and maintain a specific upload cadence on the channels. Write/design or optimize metadata and thumbnails on all videos. Basic Photoshop/Canva experience is preferred.
  • Reporting: Track, analyze and evaluate the success and reiterate and optimize strategies accordingly
  • Copywriting & Content writing skills to inform, educate and engage the reader.
  • Manage social platforms independently including identifying gaps and providing recommendations.
  • Share best practices, news and trends with the team.

  • Office hours: 1pm-11pm (Mon-Sat) with 6-7pm as No Office hours (8-9 hours of committed work is expected)
