Job description: Territory Sales Manager

What You Will Do At Simpleenergy

  • To enhance Sales performance of the assigned dealership
  • Primary Target Achievement
  • Secondary Target Achievement
  • Improving market share of assigned territory.
  • Higher customer satisfaction in terms of better SSI score.
  • Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
  • Develops, implements and monitors a follow-up system for new-vehicle purchasers.
  • Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings.
  • Reviews inventory daily to ensure the proper mix of grounded stock for maximum turnover efficiency interdepartmentally.

  • Fair understanding on expansion of business.
  • Product and general Automobile Business knowledge.
  • Proven customer relations skills both in person and over the telephone.

You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:

  • 2+ years with significant experience in Automotive industry.
  • Any Bachelor s degree.
